Billionaire Boys Club & ICECREAM accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is retained for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
